How to make
Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt, add the crumbled feta cheese and flour, until you get a soft dough. Knead it well.
Leave the dough to sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Roll out a crust with a thickness of 1/4″ (0.5 cm), then cut it into rectangles. Fry them in a preheated pan with oil.
