Ingredients

  • turkey breasts - 9.5 oz (275 g)
  • potatoes - 1
  • carrots - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • peas - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 1, large
  • vermicelli - 1 handful
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • chicken broth - 2
  • parsley - 1 tsp

How to make

Put the turkey breasts in a pot, pour in water and boil until ready. In the meantime, clean the potato, wash it and cut into small cubes. Clean the carrot and garlic, wash and add them as well.

Remove the skins of the tomato, chop it finely, add the peas to the pot as well.

Pour in about 8 1/3 cups (2 L) water, add the oil and put on the stove. Once the veggies are semi-boiled, add the turkey meat, torn into fine pieces, boil another 10-15 min. and add the vermicelli and spices.
