How to make
Mix together the listed products (except the vanilla, sugar and five tablespoons cream), beat with a mixer and bake the cake layer in an oiled baking dish in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool and smear with a dressing made from the cream, sugar and vanilla. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
To decorate it, sprinkle with coconut, chocolate and some nuts. Serve with coffee. Bon Appetit!
