Mix the eggs, sugar, oil and yogurt. Gradually add the flour sifted with the baking soda and vanilla, the chopped walnuts, grated peel, squeeze the lemon juice over it.
Put this in an oiled baking dish. Bake at 340°F (170 °C) for about 20-30 minutes. Once cooled, cut the cake into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
