How to make
Put the meat with plenty of water, black pepper and bay leaf in a pressure cooker to boil for about 1 hour 20 min. (depending on thickness of the meat). Wait for pressure cooker to cool and open it.
While it's boiling clean the potatoes, onions and carrot, chop them. Braise the onions and carrot in a pot with a little oil. Transfer the meat with the broth to this pot, add the potatoes.
Let the dish simmer until potatoes are ready. Finally, flavor with dill or parsley and salt to taste.
