How to make
Wash the prepared beef tenderloin, put it to boil for 30 min. in salted water along with the bay leaf and a little black pepper. Once you take it out leave it to cool and cut into 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick slices.
Roll it in breadcrumbs and arrange in a buttered tray. Add the garlic cloves, roundly sliced onions, chopped mushrooms and tomatoes.
Sprinkle generously with spices and pour in the wine. Put the dish in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven and bake till fully ready.
