How to make
Take 2 tenderloin steaks and roast them evenly in a heated pan with a few drops of oil. After roasting them well on both sides, rub them with salt and black pepper. Transfer them to a baking dish, pour in 1/2 or 1 cup of wine, cover with foil and put to bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Meanwhile, clean the basil, onions and parsley and chop them finely. Put them in a deep, oblong container, add a few tablespoons of vinegar and olive oil, the walnuts, the cleaned chili pepper, a little salt and black pepper.
Blend everything into a smooth sauce. Serve the steaks with the sauce poured over them.
