How to make
Cut the meat into coarse pieces (for 1 serving), season with the salt and black pepper and crisp in a pan on all sides.
Saute the chopped vegetables in a pan. Add the spices and pour in 3 cups water.
Arrange the meat in an earthenware pot, add the vegetable mixture.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C) until the meat is ready.
