Ingredients

  • oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • milk - 2 and ½, to 3 cups
  • salt
  • eggs - 2 egg yolks, optional

How to make

Fry the flour in the butter, stirring continuously with a wire and gradually add milk. salt and simmer for 6-7 minutes.

Beat 2 egg yolks and add them with continuous and intensive stirring to the sauce.

Serve with eggs, fish, cooked vegetables, meat, etc..
