"We`d heard of cooking with wine but this is the first time we`d kneaded a dough with beer."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (600 g) (high gluten)
  • corn flour - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (270 g)
  • beer - 1 small cup
  • yeast - 1 1/5 tsp (6 g) dry
  • sugar - 3 clips
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 g)

How to make

Water and beer are placed in a blender. Add the dried products without flour. Insert and dissolve the yeast. Finally, top the flour gradually with the olive oil or any other oil.

With a mixer, mix well until you get a thick uniform mixture. You can make this batter with beer for bread, or use for pizza dough.
