"The perfect honey dough, from which you will prepare the most delicious honey cookies for people of all ages"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • honey - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • soda - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp.
  • flour - about 1.1 lb (500 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar, until a fluffy mixture is obtained. Add the oil in a thin stream to them.

Add the honey and beat again using a mixer or whisk.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, soda and cinnamon. Mix them well.

Start adding the dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Add it in spoonfuls and mix.

A soft to the touch dough is obtained, which shouldn't stick to your fingers.

If so, it needs a little more flour.

The honey dough can be used immediately or put in the refrigerator and you can prepare honey cookies with it within a few days.
