How to make
Put the beans to heat up. Crush the garlic and chili with salt, add them to the hot beans and puree everything. You need to get a thick paste with chunks.
Add 2-3 tbsp tahini, lemon juice to taste and mix. Put it in a suitable container, pour in olive oil and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
You can prepare a sauce of hot boiled potatoes the same way.
