  • semolina - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • butter - 1 packet
  • vanilla
  • baking soda - 1 tsp

  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • water - 2 cups

How to make

Put the baking soda in the yogurt. Then mix it with the semolina, sugar and vanilla and stir well.

Melt the butter in an oven dish and pour the mixture on top. Put the mix to bake for about 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
