How to make
Cut the meat into small cubes and fry them in oil. Slice the carrots and kohlrabi into 1 1/4″ (3 cm) long pieces. Fry the ginger in a pan, add the sugar, allow to darken and mix with the soya sauce, salt and 2/3 cup (150 ml) broth.
Stew it with the lid on. Then add the chopped carrots and kohlrabi and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Season to taste with soya sauce, wine and salt. Finally, add the chopped onions in.
Stir everything and serve it with rice.
