How to make
Mix the white cheese with the coconut protein drink, if you like it sweeter, you can add a little natural sweetener (stevia, agave, birch sugar). I added 1 tbsp. stevia.
Then pour 5.1 fl oz (150 ml) of water into the pot, add the gelatin and wait for the gelatin to swell (10 minutes).
When the gelatin swells, put it on the stove to warm up and add another 50 ml of coconut protein drink, then mix everything with the first mixture.
Don't forget to coat the bowl with 5 ml of coconut oil.
Pour the mixture into the same bowl and add the berries as a final step - I added 80g, but if you like, feel free to add more (or some other berries).
Leave the jello cake in the fridge for 1 hour.
When set, cut it into cake pieces.
