How to make
In a mortar, crush cinnamon, anise and the cloves. Pour the crushed spices in a pot, add the Rooibos tea and a few slices of ginger.
Pour 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of boiling water over everything and leave to brew for 10-15 minutes.
Strain into glasses and serve. Optionally, you can substitute the Rooibos with other herbs.
