The flowers of the white elderberry are collected and they are dried in a shade or in a dryer.

They are stored in paper envelopes in a dry and ventilated place.

The flowers are made in the form of an infusion.

Pour two teaspoons of the dried herb with 250 ml of boiling water.

Leave them to soak for 15-30 minutes. The strained infusion is taken 2-3 times a day.

The white elderberry tea, from the flowers of the dried herb, is very suitable for children (or adults) with an epidemiological disease.

This practice is good in the treatment of measles, chicken pox, scarlet fever and similar diseases characterized by rash and high fever.

For high fever in young children (and adults too), you can induce sweating by infusing a handful of elder flower in a liter of water.

The aromatic tea is drunk as hot as possible to induce profuse sweating.

You wrap the patient well and after sweating you change their clothes and in the morning they will certainly feel better.

The flower tea helps the rash to break out - and this is the better option than keeping the high temperature locked in the body.
