How to make
Put all of the herbs in a bowl and mix them well.
In a deep pot pour 2 cups (500 ml) of water, put it on the stove and wait for it to boil.
Remove the water and put 1 tablespoon of the herbal mixture.
Allow the mixture to simmer for 30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, strain it through a gauze.
Add a slice of lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey.
The healthy infusion is drunk in 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) during the day.
You can store the infusion for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
