"Tender lamb meat goes excellent with all kinds of greens but it`s my favorite with dock."

Ingredients

  • lamb - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • dock - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 3 bunches green
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • mint leaves - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml) can and sour

How to make

Cut the lamb into pieces and fry it in heated butter. Once golden, add the chopped onion. When the onion softens, add the paprika, flour and mix well.

Add the cleaned and sliced dock to the other products and sauté until soft. Add hot water around them, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

After you move the lamb with dock to a pan, add the mint and bake until the water has evaporated slightly. Beat the eggs with the milk and it pour over the dish. Remove the from oven when firm.
