In a pressure cooker, put a cup and a half of chopped onions, beans, 3-4 cups water, chopped tomatoes, spices and meat.
You can remove the fat from the meat but keep in mind that a lamb and mutton’s sharp taste is due mainly to their fat.
When the pot valve shows that the pressure is sufficient, wait 30 minutes and then the dish is ready.
You can serve it with couscous.
