How to make
The beans are boiled until soft and salted.
Stew in oil chopped onion, then add the red pepper, black pepper, cooked and cut into small pieces lamb offal, beans, parsley and salt to taste.
Add mint to taste - dry or fresh. The mixture after being stirred well, is put in the lamb, pre-washed and salted inside and out.
Close the abdominal hole, then the lamb is coated with oil and grilled in a moderately hot oven.
