How to make
Grind and mince the meat and stew it with oil and onion. Add the chopped vine leaves and mix.
Taking the fried meat and tender vine leaves, wash them clean and add rice. Pour in the hot broth in and let it cook until the rice is soft.
When almost cooked, add chopped dill, parsley, mint, black and red pepper. Beat the mixture and pour it into the pan.
Bake in a moderate oven at 180 degrees. Taking the browned meat, pour in beaten eggs with yogurt and return to oven until it gets a red crust.
