  • yogurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • rice - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50g)
  • eggs - 3
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Boil the rice in milk diluted with 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water.

Once cool mix with the beaten butter, and add the yolks, grated feta cheese, beaten egg whites, pepper and salt subsequently.

Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and cover with grated feta cheese and bake.
