How to make
Crush the onions, garlic and carrots finely and sauté them in hot oil with some water. Top up with the desired amount of water for the soup and throw in all the spices.
After 10 minutes, add the rice and peeled and chopped potatoes. Allow the soup to boil to soften them. Beat the eggs, milk and flour together and thicken the soup with it, while also adding the crumbled feta cheese and butter.
Stir briefly, remove the feta cheese soup from the heat and mix it with finely chopped parsley.
