How to make
The sausage is cut into strips, the cheese - diced, the red onion - thin rings and pickles - into stripes. The mayonnaise is beaten into foam with the cream, vinegar and mustard and seasoned with salt and white pepper.
The ingredients are put in a deep bowl, add chopped onion and coarsely chopped parsley.
