How to make
Soak the chickpeas overnight in water. The next day, drain and peel them. Cut the onions and carrot and fry them in oil in a pot.
Once tender, add the whole sausages. Stir for a minute or two and pour in hot water to the pot. Add the lentils and chickpeas and close with a lid. Simmer until the lentils boil. Towards the end, add salt, savory, curry and turmeric.
