  • peppers - 1 jar, sterilized red, roasted
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cream cheese - 1 cup (250 g)
  • yoghurt - 3 tablespoons
  • oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

Mix the mayonnaise with the cream cheese, yoghurt, oil, salt, black pepper and pressed garlic cloves.

Stir very well.

Cut up the roasted peppers and add them to the mixture.
