There's hardly a health food expert that doesn't recommend the daily consumption of fresh salads. They are exceptionally abundant in vitamins and other precious substances, plus are very dietary.
No matter if prepared from plain old lettuce, curly lettuce, Iceberg lettuce, spinach, arugula or whatever else, they must find regular presence in our diet. But to add some variation, it's best to learn to prepare the right dressings with which to season them.

Known as Caesar dressing or Caesar sauce, it's made from the following blended together: 1 soft-boiled egg, 1 anchovy fillet, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 9 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 garlic clove, black pepper and salt to taste.
Dressing, suitable for spinach salad
Make it by beating 2/5 cup of mayonnaise, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp powdered garlic with a mixer.
Dressing, suitable for green salad with walnuts and parmesan
Made from 4 tbsp coarse grain mustard, 4 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp sherry vinegar by mixing all of the ingredients well and pouring the resulting dressing over the salad and stirring.
Dressing, suitable for green salad with shrimp
Made from 6 tbsp pomelo juice, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tsp tamarind sauce and 2 tbsp honey.
Combine all of the ingredients and leave them to boil in a suitable container while stirring nonstop. Once the dressing cools, it's ready for use.
Dressing, suitable for green salad with fish
For it you need 4/5 cup cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 pinches black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogenous mixture, then pour it onto the prepared salad.
Dressing, suitable for green salad with fruits and walnuts
Made from 2/5 cup cream, 2 tbsp lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
Beat the cream and gradually add the lemon juice and black pepper to it. Add salt to taste and pour the resulting homogenous sauce over the salad.
