There are many foods that have a cleansing effect on the body and are used for detoxification programs.

4. Tropical fruits. They are rich in digestive enzymes. Pineapple and papaya are the fruits that have the strongest cleansing effect on the body. Ancient healers have used them since ancient times to disinfect the bodies of parasites.
5. Root vegetables. Fiber-rich root vegetables such as sugar beets, turnips and potatoes are helpful for colon cleansing. They are extremely rich in another important ingredient - potassium.
