How to make
Blend the coconut cream, frozen raspberries and 1 banana in a blender. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the sliced banana, fresh raspberries and blueberries on top.
Using a knife, press the rose hips down to get the fruit out of them.
Sprinkle the bowl with coconut shavings, pumpkin seeds, rose hips, dried chamomile, mulberries and dates.
Finally, top off the smoothie bowl with strawberry jam.
