Products required:

- 100 g of hazelnut flour

- 250 g of white flour

- The peel of a lemon

- 1/4 liter of milk

- 4 eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 10 g of baking powder

- 150 g of sugar

- 80 g of oil

For the glaze:

- 400 g of Mascarpone

- 70 g soft butter

- 150 g sifted powdered sugar

- 1 vanilla

Method of preparation:
