Different types of spices help to make rice not only tasty but also aromatic. You can prepare yourself a mixture, which is suitable for boiled rice.
Mix one pinch of the following spices: crushed cloves, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, dill seeds, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt.

Coriander is suitable for rice, as well as turmeric, saffron, cardamom, ginger, coriander, celery and parsley roots fried in butter.
