Grapefruit is known to successfully help with weight loss and is often present in diets.
A grapefruit diet, followed for 12 days, will free you from at least 5 kilograms of excess weight.
However, it is very important to follow it strictly and not to allow yourself to even go slightly off the road.
Breakfast
It includes 2 eggs. It doesn't matter how they are prepared, but it is best to boil them. Eat 2 pieces of ham as well. Drink 0.250 ml. of unsweetened grapefruit juice or just eat half of the fruit itself.
Lunch
You can eat whatever meat your soul desires for lunch. The quantity is unlimited. Treat yourself to a salad as well. Once again, eat half a grapefruit or drink 0.250 ml. of grapefruit juice.
Dinner
Have vegetables (excluding potatoes, peas, corn and beans) and choose between meat and fish. And once again eat half of a grapefruit. A glass of milk is allowed for dinner or you can also replace it with tomato juice.
After the 12 days are up and you are satisfied with the result and want to continue the diet, take a break for 2 days first. Keep in mind, however, that it is not advisable to follow this diet for too long. Do not repeat it more than twice.
