Pizza is young and old peoples favorite food. There are hundreds of different pizza recipes, but a few things apply to all of them - the use of good products, the quality of the dough and proper baking. Baking the pizza is the end of the process of its preparation, which is why it is extremely important that it is baked properly. How many degrees do you bake pizza at?
A very important condition for a well-baked pizza is to preheat the oven. The pizza is not baked in a non-heated oven because it will not become crispy and aromatic. Preheat the oven from 220 to 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes and then place the pizza inside. Bake for about 12 minutes at medium heat in the oven.
This way you will get an aromatic pizza with a crispy crust. Keep in mind that this applies to a thin pizza base (like the real Italian pizza bases) and does not apply to a thick base that takes longer to bake. To get a truly delicious pizza, roll out the dough into a thin crust and place your desired products on it.
The other option is to bake the pizza in two stages. First, coat the pizza base with tomato sauce (if you're using that) and place it in a well-heated oven for 9-10 minutes. Remove the pizza base, add the remaining products and put it back in the oven to finish baking.
