- if you decide to fry trout, it is best to take fresh fish, but you can also use frozen trout. However, this means that you have to be patient and wait for it to thaw. You should put the fish to thaw in the refrigerator;
- when you are going to fry trout, you must first use a suitable pan and then heat the oil very well. You can fry the fish whole or cut it into portions. Roll it in flour, in which you have added salt and black pepper, so that the fish can be flavored. You can also flavor it before rolling it in the flour. When the pan is well heated, the fish will acquire a crispy crust, which will keep the fish juicy and not burn;
- you can bread the fish before frying it. And after you fry it, you can also make it some kind of Fish Sauce that will give it even more flavor.
