Here's how to make a delicious and healthy cauliflower pizza crust:
You need:
- 1 cauliflower;
- 2 eggs;
- 30 g parmesan;
- 1/2 cup of tomato puree;
- 100 g of bacon;
- 20 basil leaves.
The low-carb crust is made by washing and cleaning the cauliflower and blending it. Season the resulting cauliflower mixture with salt and stir. Strain the water, in order to make the mixture as dry as possible. Add the eggs and Parmesan to it, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then, in a greased tray, place baking paper and the cauliflower dough and bake it at 180°C. After about 20-25 minutes, your cauliflower crust will be completely ready.
