To make roasted garlic at home, you only need one more ingredient - olive oil.
First, cut off the top of the garlic heads and arrange them in a tray. Then pour olive oil over them, so that they absorb the entire amount of it. Cover the tray with foil and roast the garlic for about 10-15 minutes at 150°C.
Garlic should soften at the end. It is usually eaten in one day, without unnecessary additives.
