When we use minced meat, it will be about 400 grams for the whole stuffing, supplemented by 100-150 grams of rice. Of course, in the recipe there are other products important for the dish, such as onions, carrots, tomato puree, garlic and spices - parsley, paprika, black pepper and optionally savory herb.
Most often the recipe is the following: fry the carrots and onions, until they soften, add the washed rice and after it softens add the paprika and then the blended tomatoes. After a few minutes, add finely chopped garlic, minced meat and spices. Once this mixture is ready, fill the peppers with it and bake them.
