What do you need to make oat milk?

3.5 oz (100 g) of oatmeal (can be finely ground or whole);

4 1/2 cups (900 ml) of water.

How is oat milk made?

Rinse the oats, if they are whole. Pour them into a wide bowl and fill it with water. It is better to use filtered, bottled or cooled boiled water. In the worst case - make sure there is no chlorine.

Stir and leave them for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. If the room is hot, leave the bowl of oatmeal in the refrigerator.

How to diversify the taste of oat milk?
