How to make
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230 °C) and in a water bath melt the chocolate with the butter.
With a mixer, beat the eggs with the yolks and sugar. Beat the melted chocolate, then add it to the eggs. Pour the flour over them and stir well.
Grease and flour suitable baking forms and distribute the mixture into them.
Put the chocolate soufflé to bake in the preheated oven for 6-7 minutes.
Once ready, invert each form into a separate plate and leave it for 10-15 seconds. Shake gently and remove the form.
