  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • carrots - 2
  • red onions - 1 head
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • curry - 1 tsp, powdered
  • turmeric
  • caraway
  • ginger - 1 pinch

How to make

Fry the onions well, add the carrots and leave to saute for 5 min.
