Dice the onion and carrot and broccoli into small florets.
The onion and carrot are fried in heated oil.
Pour 2 cups of water and leave them to boil, then add the broth cube. Add the broccoli and boil, until they begin to soften.
Then the washed buckwheat is added. If necessary, add more salt.
When the buckwheat is cooked, add the olives and chopped parsley. Mix well and the dish is ready to be served.
