  • buckwheat - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • quinoa - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • for the decoration
  • zucchini
  • hemp seeds
  • parsley

How to make

Boil the pre-soaked buckwheat and quinoa for about 15-20 minutes.

Then drain the water and flavor them with spices as desired.

Garnish with a slice of raw zucchini, parsley and hemp seeds.
