How to make
Activate the yeast with a little milk, sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Sift the flour, add the eggs and other ingredients.
Knead a soft dough, leave to rise in a warm area.
Once it's ready, divide it up into several balls.
Stretch each one with your fingers and roll out each one into a thick sheet.
Arrange them in a tray with some space in between and leave to rise.
Bake in a preheated oven. Toward the end, sprinkle with cheese.
