How to make
Sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl, add the cottage cheese, cream, salt and eggs. Stir with a spatula to a fluffy and thick dough.
From it shape walnut-sized balls.
Heat the oil on high heat, then lower to moderate and drop the balls in it 1 by 1, fry until golden on all sides.
Arrange the ready balls on top of 2 layers of paper towels to drain the excess fat.
