How to make
Wash the potatoes, peel them under running water to get rid of the peels.
Cut them thinly using a potato slicer. If you don't have this tool, cut them using a potato peeler.
Wash them well to get rid of the starch, then fry them in highly heated oil in a pot or deep fryer.
Put them on a paper towel to drain off the oil, then optionally sprinkle with paprika and salt.
