How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water until ready, drain and peel them. Blend them along with the salt, butter, egg and flour. Roll out the resulting dough into a crust and cut out circles using a cup.
Chop the ham finely, grate the cheese. Season with black pepper and finely chopped parsley, mix well and put a little of the stuffing in the middle of a circle.
Cover on top with another circle, press the ends together and deep fry until ready. Serve with fresh green salad.
