How to make
Wash the snails and boil them in salted water. Boil them about 1 hour. Then drain well and leave aside while you prepare the crumbing.
Mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, powdered garlic and salt in a plate. Break the eggs in another container and beat well.
Start crumbing: roll each snail in the crumbing, then in the eggs and fry in a pan with heated oil. Fry on all sides until they're ready.
