  • lemons - 1
  • butter - 4 tsp or oil
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • cooking cream - 8 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • flour - 4 tsp
  • water - 8 tablespoons
  • dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped, fresh

How to make

Salt and sprinkle the fish fillets with squeezed out lemon juice, crisp them in a Teflon pan with part of the oil.

Mash the garlic and saute it in the remaining oil.
