How to make
Start by cleaning and washing the mushrooms. Dice them or cut into thin strips. Clean and chop the onions finely. Put the butter to melt in a pot, then add the onions in it to braise lightly.
Once the onions soften, add the mushrooms, while stirring often, until they shrink in volume. Add salt, paprika, black pepper.
Pour in the milk and about 2 cups (500 ml) water. Leave it to boil about 20 min., while stirring during that time.
Once the soup is ready and has thickened enough, add the finely chopped dill and parsley - here it's a matter of taste whether you add both and how much.
